EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Shipping We offer free return shipping for all EU orders. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.

Cancellations If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order through your customer account at vunaro.store.

Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
